My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join a very well know club in the heart of Mayfair. As Restaurant Manager, youll oversee the smooth operation of the main dining room and adjoining bar, ensuring an exceptional and elegant experience for members and guests. Youll manage, train, and motivate your team, liaise with the kitchen and F&B departments, and maintain impeccable service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring attention to detail, traditional service skills, and a passion for excellence.
About You:
Youre an energetic hospitality professional with a background in fine dining or private members clubs. You take pride in delivering traditional service with flair and precision. Skilled in silver service, carving, and trolley service, you lead by example and inspire your team to provide exceptional experiences.
