We are looking for an experiencedRestaurant Managerto join one of Londons most respected fine dining restaurants. This is a rare chance to step into a key leadership role within an acclaimed and intimate venue, known for its uncompromising standards, exceptional service, and innovative cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service operations and ensure seamless guest experiences
- Support and lead a small but high-performing FOH team
- Liaise closely with senior management, kitchen leadership, and beverage teams
- Manage reservations, seating strategy (including counter service), and shift flow
- Foster a positive, structured, and service-led team environment
- Support training, menu briefings, and performance development
What We're Looking For:
- 23 years in fine dining or Michelin-starred environments is essential
- Proven leadership with the ability to inspire and elevate team performance
- Highly guest-centric and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in an intimate and dynamic setting
- Strong floor presence and ability to adapt under pressure
- Discreet, reliable, and composed
Team & Setup:
- Close-knit senior team across FOH and BOH
- Small cover numbers (under 35) with counter and terrace elements
- Balance of style, precision, and authenticity
