An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join a well-established, high-quality Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of London SW1.

Were looking for a hands-on leader with a proven track record in premium casual or fine dining who can drive excellence in both service and operations.

About the role:

Oversee the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to maintain the highest standards & consistent quality
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

About You

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality dining environment
A genuine passion for Mediterranean cuisine and hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
A guest-focused attitude and commitment to excellence
Sound financial acumen and understanding of KPIs
