The salary for this position ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.
Candidates should be goal-driven and possess great communication skills to effectively manage the team and operations.

In this role, you will lead the show from the front, set and maintain high quality service standards with the Guest Experience at the heart of everything you do!

Your responsibilities will include:

Recruiting, training, nurturing and elevate each member of staff to make them Superstars under your leadership
Managing daily rotas and cash-ups
Setting up the restaurant for seamless operations for Lunch & Dinner
Keeping an eye on stock, from linens to everyday essentials, and organise deliveries before a need is felt!
Ensuring every guest walks away with a smile and a great story to tell

Proven leadership experience in a high-volume site.

Great communication skills, able to navigate between the Floor, Bar & Kitchen lingos with fluidity.
