Job Description
- TheNight Manager, who reports directly to the Reception Manager, and collaborates with other colleagues to ensure that our guests are satisfied with their stay and that the services they receive meet or exceed their expectations.
- As theNight Manager, you will showcase excellent interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for a consistent, passionate approach to exceptional customer service, as well as for the security of the hotel.
- Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, including front desk, guest services, and security, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling late arrivals, early departures, guest inquiries, and any issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and support night staff, conduct regular patrols for safety and security, and maintain a secure environment for guests and employees.
- Assist with night audit duties, prepare reports, make bookings, and ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld throughout the hotel.
The idealcandidatewill have:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role of minimum 1 year.
- Impeccable grooming standards.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS would be an advantage

We are looking for our future ambassadors to have a warm and welcoming personality, with high standards of professionalism and a drive to provide a memorable experience to each and every guest. Successful candidates will be required to work shifts that may include nights, weekends, and/or bank holidays.
Please note this is an overnight position on 12-hour shifts, from 8pm -8am, 4 shifts one week and 3 on the following, on fixed days of the week.
