Finance Assistant (Real Estate) - London/Hybrid - £35,000 + Bonus + Full Study Support

The Role:

As Finance Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day financial operations across a diverse property portfolio. You'll gain exposure to all aspects of real estate finance, from ledger management to month-end reporting, with full support to progress your professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

  • Perform bank reconciliations and support the month-end close

  • Process supplier invoices and payments

  • Assist with budgeting and service charge reconciliations

  • Collaborate closely with property managers and external stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with year-end audits

About You:
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades A-C), including Maths and English

  • Currently studying or looking to study AAT / ACCA / CIMA

  • Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and ledger management

  • Experience with month-end processes is desirable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with property management software such as QUBE is a bonus

  • Ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
