I am currently working with a small but growing property leasing business to find a Sales Ledger Specialist. The business is specialising in commercial and residential lettings. With a diverse portfolio and a strong client base, they pride themselves on delivering a high-quality, personal service.

They are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Sales Ledger Specialist to join our close-knit team.

  • Raise and issue rent and service charge invoices to tenants
  • Maintain accurate sales ledger records and tenant accounts
  • Allocate incoming payments and reconcile accounts
  • Monitor aged debt and follow up on overdue payments
  • Liaise with tenants regarding billing queries or arrears
  • Support the month-end close with reporting and reconciliations
  • Assist with updating lease schedules and rent reviews
  • Work closely with the property management and finance teams
  • Previous experience in a sales ledger / accounts receivable role
  • Experience in the property sector is desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel and basic reporting
  • Excellent communication skills for tenant interaction
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
