In this rewarding full-time role, you will:
- Inspire Artistic Exploration: Deliver engaging and dynamic Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially 5, fostering a deep appreciation for diverse artistic practices, techniques, and historical contexts within the dynamic cultural landscape of Hackney.
- Develop Visual Skills: Equip students with essential artistic skills in drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, and digital media.
- Contribute to the Creative Life of the School: Support and potentially lead extracurricular art clubs and exhibitions, enriching the visual arts provision within our Hackney school.
- Collaborate with a Passionate Arts Team: Work alongside dedicated colleagues in Music, Drama, and Dance, sharing expertise and contributing to a vibrant artistic community.
- Thrive in a Dynamic London Borough: Engage with students from diverse backgrounds in the creative heart of Hackney, drawing inspiration from the local artistic scene.
