Aspiring Teacher (Oxbridge Graduate) | Outstanding School | East London | £23,000-£30,000 - Permanent Contract

An Outstanding Secondary School in East London is seeking motivated and ambitious Oxbridge graduates to join their dynamic teaching team as Aspiring Teachers on a full-time, term-time basis from September 2025, on a school-based permanent contract.

  • Scope to progress onto salaried teacher training in Year 2

  • Graduate from Oxford or Cambridge University

  • Passionate about education and committed to classroom excellence

  • Strong academic track record (e.g. AAA at A-Level or equivalent)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reflective, professional, and eager to grow as an educator

  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset

  • UK QTS welcome but not essential
