Our faith-driven school in Ealing is seeking a Passionate English Teacher to join our collaborative and supportive Humanities faculty. We are looking for a teacher who can inspire a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking within a values-based educational setting.
Location: Ealing Role: English Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging and thought-provoking English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Foster a love of literature and language while promoting ethical reflection and critical analysis.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Humanities faculty to create cross-curricular links.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in English.
- Support the school's wider ethos by encouraging thoughtful communication and empathy.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in English Literature, Language, or a related field.
- Experience teaching English at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
- A genuine passion for English and the ability to connect literature and language to broader human themes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster respectful dialogue.
