What you'll be doing:
- You'll be crafting and delivering engaging Maths lessons that challenge and inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, catering to a range of abilities.
- It's all about expertly guiding students through mathematical concepts, from foundational principles to more complex topics, within a well-structured and rigorous curriculum.
- You'll cultivate a supportive and encouraging classroom where students feel empowered to explore mathematical ideas, develop their reasoning, and build real confidence in their abilities.
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a strong specialism in Mathematics.
- Ideally, you'll have some experience teaching engaging and effective Maths lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- A deep and current understanding of mathematical concepts, plus that knack for making the subject accessible and truly engaging.
- Excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and a real passion for fostering a positive learning culture.
