We're searching for an inspiring and energetic PE Teacher to join our wonderful Independent mixed school in Haringey on a permanent, full-time basis this September. If you're passionate about physical activity and fostering healthy habits, this is a brilliant opportunity to shape the holistic development of our students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (aged 11-16) within a supportive and academically focused setting in North London.
What you'll be doing:
- You'll design and deliver engaging PE lessons, covering a wide range of sports and activities, all while promoting skill development, teamwork, and healthy competition.
- It's about helping our students build physical literacy, good sportsmanship, and a lasting appreciation for a healthy lifestyle.
- You'll also be a key player in our extra-curricular sports programme, leading clubs and helping us maintain our strong sporting reputation.
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a real specialism in Physical Education.
- Experience teaching engaging and effective PE lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 is a huge plus.
- A strong understanding of various sports and activities, proven coaching abilities, and the energy to inspire every student to get involved.
- Excellent communication skills and top-notch classroom (and pitch-side!) management are essential.
