Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, curriculum- aligned tuition in GCSE English language and Literature.
- Design personalised learning plans that target specific gaps and exam objectives.
- Support learners with different needs, including those with mild SEN or low confidence.
- Use a range of teaching strategies to enhance comprehension, writing and analysis skills.
- Track and report on student progress, maintaining open communication with parent/ carers or support staff.
Requirement:
- PGCE in Secondary Education or PGCE in English or QTS.
- Minimum 1 year experience teaching or tutoring GCSE English.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Must have or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
