Person Specification

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

  • Minimum 6 months UK teaching experience, ideally in a SEMH/SEND setting

  • Strong track record of outstanding classroom practice

  • Skilled in differentiating lessons for a wide range of abilities

  • Excellent organisational and behaviour-management skills

  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
