Are you a passionate and fluent Spanish Teacher with a flair for bringing language and culture to life? We're seeking a temporary, full-time Spanish Teacher to join our well-regarded Independent mixed school in Haringey, starting as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to cultivate a love for the Spanish language and its rich cultures in our students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (aged 11-16) in North London.
What you'll be doing:
- You'll be designing and delivering engaging Spanish lessons that develop students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- It's about fostering a real appreciation for Spanish culture and empowering students to communicate confidently in the language.
- You'll cultivate a dynamic and interactive classroom where students feel motivated to participate and truly develop their linguistic abilities.
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Spanish.
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish is, of course, essential.
- Some experience teaching engaging and effective Spanish lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and that special ability to inspire a passion for languages.
