Weekday Concierge - Monday to Friday | 9am-4pm | £26,000 per annumLocation: London SE10

We are currently seeking a professional, reliable, and proactive Concierge to join a residential development on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes pride in ensuring a well-maintained, welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors.
  • Conduct daily inspections of:Entrance lobby (cleanliness, lighting, main door functionality, fire panels)
  • Car parking areas (cleanliness, litter, lighting)
  • External estate lighting
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or incidents to the Property Manager promptly.
  • Check and respond to incoming emails, actioning any necessary tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain clear records of site checks, contractor visits, and incidents.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience in a concierge, porter, or facilities role (residential or hospitality desirable)
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in site presentation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic IT literacy for email and record keeping
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently
