We're working with a market-leading property management company to find a professional and proactive Day Concierge to join their Wood Green-based team. This is a key front-of-house role ensuring residents and guests receive an exceptional level of service and support every day.
The Role:-
Provide a warm welcome to residents, visitors, and contractors

Manage the front desk, handle calls, emails, and face-to-face queries

Oversee parcel and post deliveries, ensuring accurate logging and storage
-
Monitor security systems, CCTV, and access control to maintain building safety
-
Conduct regular patrols and report any maintenance or safety issues
-
Liaise with contractors and the property management team as needed

Keep communal areas clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

Maintain accurate records using Outlook, Word, and Excel
-
Stable 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (12-hour shifts - 7am to 7pm)

Previous experience in a concierge, front-of-house, or customer service role
