Buying & Product Executive - £30,000 – London, SW4 / Hybrid-workingHours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (2 days office, 3 days WFH)Reporting to: Product Director

The roleDo you have a sharp eye for design and an analytical mind to match? Are you confident managing data, suppliers, and fast-moving product updates?

We’re looking for a Buying & Product Executive to join our Furniture Team. This is a vital role, where your attention to detail and organisational skills will support the full buying cycle, from supplier communication to Shopify product uploads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up new product lines in Shopify with accurate data: titles, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, and variants
  • Maintain product categorisation and ensure customer navigation is intuitive
  • Provide admin support including updating internal product data and lead times
  • Manage the critical path for product launches and keep upload trackers current
  • Support reporting and sales data analysis
  • Manage and organise samples and swatches
  • Prepare presentations and mood boards for product meetings
  • Conduct regular market research to inform product decisions
  • Work closely with content, marketing, sales, and finance to support business goals
