A well-regarded secondary school in Haringey is seeking a Behaviour Support Mentor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping young people build better habits and thrive in a structured school environment.

You'll support students with behaviour challenges, helping them stay engaged, regulate emotions, and make positive choices. Your impact will be felt in improved attendance, classroom engagement, and emotional wellbeing.

Role Highlights:

  • Offer targeted mentoring to individual students and small groups
  • Work with staff to apply consistent behaviour strategies
