Reeson Education is recruiting passionate and adaptable Learning Support Assistants to join friendly and inclusive schools across Enfield. This role is ideal for an experienced Learning Support Assistant who wants to support children with special educational needs and help them reach their potential.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils with autism, ADHD, and communication or behavioural challenges. You'll collaborate with class teachers and SENCOs to ensure that every pupil receives the right support and encouragement to succeed.

Daily rate: 82.14 - 100
Immediate start available
Full-time or flexible working patterns
Work across Edmonton, Palmers Green, and Southgate
What We're Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant:
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar SEN support role
Understanding of autism, ADHD, and learning differences
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach to behaviour and learning
A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
