- Support commissioning and contract management of adult home care services.
- Monitor and manage provider performance, ensuring services meet residents' needs.
- Develop creative, outcome-focused commissioning solutions.
- Liaise with internal teams, providers, and external partners to maintain high standards of service.
- Promote the implementation of the Ethical Care Charter and other quality frameworks.
- Assist in managing market risk and compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards.
- Strong knowledge of social care provision and service user needs.
- Familiarity with the role of the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- Solid understanding of adult social care policy, processes, and best practices.
