Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and monitor housing properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Provide support and advice to tenants to ensure they understand their rights and responsibilities.
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance requests.
- Liaise with local authorities and other agencies to provide the best service to residents.
- Assist in the allocation and management of housing according to policies.
- Prepare reports on property conditions, incidents, and other relevant activities.
- Proven experience as a Housing Officer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of housing laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
