- Develop and implement early careers Coordination for high-calibre candidates.
- Collaborate with the procurement function to build strong partnerships.
- Organise and participate in campus events, including career fairs and workshops.
- Manage the Coordination process for graduate and internship programmes.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the process.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campus initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align Early Careers efforts with business needs.
