Job Title: ESS (Engineering Support Services) Engagement and Delivery Partner
Location: Mostly remote with an occasional visit to Warwick or London offices
Duration: Until March 2026 with anticipations for extension
Day Rate: From 700 - Negotiable

We're looking for an Engagement and Delivery Partner to join our Engineering Support Services (ESS) team within the Global Finance function of our high-profile utility client! If you thrive on managing complex projects, leading teams, and turning ideas into real-world solutions - this could be your next big move.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building strong relationships with business units to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
- Designing and delivering tailored engineering and support solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Leading end-to-end project delivery - from idea to execution and beyond.
- Coordinating with our offshore delivery partner and internal teams to ensure seamless service.
- Managing contracts (Statements of Work), timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
- Driving continuous improvement through post-delivery reviews and lessons learned.
What We're Looking For:
- A strategic thinker with hands-on project delivery experience in a complex or regulated environment.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical know-how in areas such as engineering support, project controls, data management, or system modelling.
- A natural collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving settings.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a knack for making complex ideas simple.
- Experience in the utilities or energy sector.
Nice to Have:
- Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
- Familiarity with offshore or outsourced service delivery models.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Master's level education (or equivalent experience).
- Background in project planning, governance, and proposal development is highly desirable.
