Multi-Trade Operative

Our well-known Social Housing, Property Maintenance Client is currently looking to hire anexperienced Multi Trader based in Greenwich.

In this role, you will be working on tenanted social housing properties, ensuring the maintenance and reactive repair tasks are carried out to a high standard.

Permanent salary will be offered 40,000 per annum

• Company Van and Fuel Card
• 20 days rising to 25
• Company Pension
• 8am to 5:30pm (42.5h per week)

Requirements:

• Must have Level Access Shower Fitter experience.
• Experience: Joinery or Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering.
• Social Housing experience
• NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent
• Passport/Right to Work
• Clean DBS Certificate
• Driving Licence (Up to 6 points is allowed)
