As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to service users accessing treatment across the Borough.About the Role:As a Recovery Practitioner you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, providing excellent interventions at varying stages of their recovery.
