Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Daily Rate: 95-110
Contract: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm)

About the Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support learners aged 11-18 with a range of complex needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), physical disabilities, and profound learning difficulties.
Work within small class groups alongside teachers and other teaching assistants to deliver personalised support.
Foster trust and help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, families, and carers to support each student's holistic development.
