Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Daily Rate: £95-£110
Contract: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm)

About the Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support learners aged 11-18 with a range of complex needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), physical disabilities, and profound learning difficulties.
  • Work within small class groups alongside teachers and other teaching assistants to deliver personalised support.
  • Foster trust and help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, families, and carers to support each student's holistic development.
