- Working 1:1 / intervention groups with SEND students
- Providing well-being support for students becoming dysregulated
- Working closely with school SENCO / School Psychologists
- Supporting writing EHCP / Individual support plan
Person Specification - Learning Support Assistant - Great Fit for Psychology Graduates
- 1st Class / 2:1 within a relevant degree - Psychology, Criminology, Sociology etc.
- Strong academic background
- Previous experience working with children / SEND
- A desire to make a positive impact in students lives
- Outgoing, confident and robust personality
Job Details - Learning Support Assistant - Great Fit for Psychology Graduates
- Monday - Friday (no weekends / term-time only)
- September 2025 start - full-time
- £105-£115 per day
- Providing support to students with SEND
- Running intervention groups
