About the Role
Remedy Education is seeking a strong and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join a large, multicultural Primary School in Forest Gate, Newham.
You will be working with children who have high sensory and complex needs, providing one-to-one and small group support. The ideal candidate will be energetic, physically fit, and committed to helping every child reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
Support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Provide 1:1 and group support for children with high sensory needs
Assist pupils with complex behaviours and emotional regulation
Collaborate effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and wider support staff
Requirements
Previous experience working as a SEN TA or Learning Support Assistant
Strong understanding of supporting children with sensory or physical needs
Confident in managing challenging behaviour in a positive manner
Reliable, proactive, and a great team player
