We are currently rcruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to join a lovely specialist school based in Chiswick that provides specialist support for pupils with Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties, delivering a holistic curriculum that is personalised to the needs of each pupil.

Our setting offers a calm, focused, and nurturing environment where pupils feel safe and supported. With input from Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other professionals, our holistic curriculum aims to develop pupils' essential life skills, enabling them to lead successful and enriched lives.

SEN Teacher Assistant:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team on a long-term basis, starting as soon as possible. You will support pupils with Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties both in and outside of the classroom, ensuring they can access learning, develop confidence, and grow their independence.

SEN Teacher Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils to engage with personalised learning plans.
  • Promoting communication, well-being, and social interaction.
  • Encouraging independence and life skills development.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and therapists.
