A lovely, organised primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a highly professional and engaging Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs. This is a full-time position beginning in June, with a view to continuing throughout the 2025-26 academic year following a successful initial trial period.

The role involves:

  • Working 1:1 with students with additional needs (year group to be confirmed)

  • Supporting small groups within the classroom setting

  • Working closely with class teachers to plan and deliver tailored support

  • Supporting students with SEND, EAL, and those requiring strong behavioural guidance

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience supporting children with SEND and EAL needs

  • Excellent behaviour management skills

  • A calm, adaptable, and proactive approach to learning support
