We are currently recruiting a dedicated and proactive LSA to join an Outstanding-rated primary school in the borough of Lambeth, South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment that values both academic excellence and pupil wellbeing.

Your Role:

  • Support pupils in class KS1 with their learning, both 1:1 and in small groups
  • Assist with planning and delivering tailored learning activities
  • Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with additional needs
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to staff

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a school environment.
  • A caring, patient, and adaptable attitude.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Individuals passionate about education and making a positive impact
