SEN Teaching Assistant - Lewisham
Location: Lewisham
Pay: 95-115 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, long-term role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join schools in Lewisham. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to access learning and thrive in a supportive environment.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with a variety of SEN.
Work closely with class teachers and other staff to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Assist with behaviour management and encourage positive learning experiences.
Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
A patient, adaptable and proactive approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Willingness to work across different year groups and school settings.
