About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at a warm and inclusive primary school in Camden. The pupil benefits from a calm, structured approach and consistent emotional support throughout the school day.
This is a full-time role starting ASAP, working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement personalised learning strategies and behaviour support plans. You'll use techniques drawn from Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and other evidence-based methods to help the child build focus, communication, and independence.
