The Role:
Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP
Supporting pupils with autism (ASD), ADHD, and communication or learning difficulties
Providing 1:1 and small-group support within the classroom
Opportunity to work closely with the SENCo and gain valuable experience in a nurturing setting
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience supporting children with SEN (school, childcare, or care background)
Patient, caring and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's development
