We are looking for dedicated individuals forimmediate startroles to support pupils across a varietyor primary, secondary, and specialist SEN schools.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in diverse settings, supporting pupils with a range of needs includingAutism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH,andComplex Learning Needs.

The Role

As a supply SEN TA, no two days will be the same. Your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Providing vital1:1 supportto help students engage with learning and succeed.

  • Runningsmall group interventionsin literacy, numeracy, or communication.

  • Supporting pupils withemotional regulationand positive behaviour.

  • Assisting the class teacher to create an inclusive and safe learning environment.

  • Adapting to different school policies and becoming a valued part of the team.

Who We Are Looking For

We need candidates who are resilient, patient, and truly passionate about supporting children with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working as anSEN Teaching Assistant, LSA,orSupport Worker.

  • Direct experience or strong knowledge ofAutism, ADHD, SEMH,orSpeech & Language difficulties.

  • A proactive and flexible attitude, ready to adapt to new school environments.

  • A validDBS on the Update Service(or be willing to apply for one immediately).

  • The right to work in the UK.
