YOUR ROLE
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils with autism using individualised learning strategies

  • Build positive relationships with primary-aged pupils with additional needs

  • Assist with personal care respectfully and sensitively

  • Work collaboratively with teachers to promote inclusive education

  • Help manage behaviour using positive and consistent strategies

  • Track and record pupil progress
