Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support as an SEN Teaching Assistant, tailored to meet each pupil's individual learning and communication needs.

• Encourage positive behaviour, independence and active engagement in all aspects of school life.
• Contribute to a safe, caring and nurturing learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with additional or special educational needs.
• A patient, empathetic and adaptable approach to learning and behaviour support.
• A genuine commitment to inclusive education and helping every child succeed.
• Reliability and the ability to travel to Lewisham.
