This is perfect for an SEN Teaching Assistant who wants control over their schedule while still making a meaningful impact supporting pupils with additional needs.

Schools in Edmonton, Enfield Town, Southgate, Palmers Green and Winchmore Hill regularly require SEN Teaching Assistants to provide support for autism, ADHD, behaviour needs, learning delays and language difficulties. By joining our supply pool, you will be one of the first SEN Teaching Assistants considered for cover across the borough.

Responsibilities of an SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Supporting pupils with SEN in-class and during interventions

  • Providing structured support for behaviour, focus and engagement

  • Helping with communication strategies and emotional regulation

  • Following SEN plans with guidance from teachers and SENCOs

  • Adapting to different schools, staff teams and routines
