We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs within our school community.
About the roleThe successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils access the curriculum, develop independence, and achieve their individual learning and well-being goals. The role requires patience, flexibility, and a strong commitment to inclusive education, supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development in a safe and nurturing environment. You should be able to help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
