Position: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant
Location: Camden, London
Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm)

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our students with Autism and ADHD. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with special needs and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons and activities.
Provide one-on-one support to students with Autism and ADHD, helping them to engage and succeed in their learning.
Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
Support students in developing social skills and emotional regulation.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to each student's development.
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team

Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children with Autism and ADHD is a MUST.
A relevant qualification in education or special needs support is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
