Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Permanent)

Salary: £95-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

DBS: All candidates must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate

Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs.

Assist in delivering tailored learning plans to meet individual needs.

Support the management of behaviour using positive strategies.

Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to ensure a consistent approach.

Provide personal care support where required (e.g., feeding, toileting, mobility assistance).

Encourage and promote independence, self-confidence, and life skills.
