Responsibilities

Provide tailored support to SEN pupils across KS1 and KS2 within the school's dedicated provision.

Deliver one-to-one and small group support, adapting to a range of individual learning needs.

Reinforce classroom learning and help pupils achieve their personal and academic goals.

Use positive behaviour strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging situations.

Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to deliver cohesive, high-quality support.

Assist with personal care where required (e.g., feeding, toileting, or mobility assistance).
