Salary: 110 - 120 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 3:30pm
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only

A welcoming and inclusive SEN secondary school in Greenwich is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join their team for an immediate start.
About the Role:
Support students aged 11-19 with a range of complex needs including ASD, ADHD, SLD, and PMLD
Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams to create a positive learning environment
Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils engage with learning both in and out of the classroom
Assist with personal care and sensory integration (training can be provided)
Promote independence, social skills, and emotional well-being
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working in a SEN or complex needs environment (school or care setting)
Calm, patient and empathetic approach
Team player with strong communication skills
Comfortable with personal care and physical intervention (if required)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
