Position Details

  • Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

  • Deliver effective 1:1 and small-group interventions to support learning and progress

  • Work collaboratively with class teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals

  • Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour through nurturing, child-centred approaches

  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all pupils
