SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT

As a Challenging Behaviour Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver tailored interventions that promote emotional regulation, academic engagement, and positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Support students with challenging behaviour in a structured SEN setting.
Assist in the implementation of behaviour management strategies.
Help deliver individualised learning plans in collaboration with the teaching team.
Work one-to-one and in small groups to promote social and academic development.
Build strong relationships with students and act as a positive role model.
