  • Have you just finished your university degree or college qualification based around education or childcare and want to get into your first full time role?

Veritas Education are seeking confident individuals who have a passion for supporting children and young people within their educational settings. Veritas work alongside a variety of different schools in and around the Hackney area, who are in need of supportive, enthusiastic and reliable teaching assistants/support staff to help in their schools.

Special Needs schools are a great way to start your journey into education and to build on your current school experience, as you develop new skills when it comes to supporting additional needs, behaviour and lesson content.

Key skills required:

  • Passion for wanting to support and help children/young people
  • Confident supporting children in different classes and age groups
  • Enthusiastic, hard-working, energetic and reliable
  • Able to build meaningful relationships with both learners and staff
  • Pro-Active: Willing to get involved in all aspects of the children's learning, from academic lessons, to like skills learning and practical sessions!
