About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Primary SEND Teacher to lead a newly established Additional Resource Provision (ARP) within a mainstream primary school in Willesden. This ARP will cater to pupils in EYFS and KS1 with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN).

The school is a two-form entry primary with a 'Good' Ofsted rating, known for its inclusive ethos and commitment to providing high-quality education for all pupils. The leadership team is supportive and places a strong emphasis on professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver individualized learning plans tailored to each pupil's needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, and external professionals.
  • Create a nurturing and structured learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as necessary.

Candidate Requirements:
