We are looking for an outstanding, experienced SEND Class Teacher to join our client school’s growing team. Their pupils aged 3 – 19 have autism in addition to severe learning difficulties, therefore experience of working with these particular needs is essential.
They offer our pupils a safe and caring environment to enhance their educational and therapeutic development. The Class Teachers work collaboratively alongside other professionals to provide the best possible support for each pupil at our school.

Person Specification – SEN Class Teacher
· Must have UK QTS
· Experienced and dynamic practitioners with a comprehensive understanding of various teaching, learning, assessment, and positive behaviour management strategies to drive the progress of students with autism and learning difficulties.
· Highly motivated and innovative individuals with a strong commitment to their role.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
